Featured Project: Toyota 2003 National Dealer Meeting
Comcast Wachovia Center, Philadelphia
Nautilus Entertainment Design provided lighting design services for the 2003 Toyota National Dealer Meeting, including the new car reveal show at Comcast Wachovia Center in Philadelphia and the business meeting at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The car reveal featured entertainment and introduction of the 2004 models. The business meeting gave Toyota executives a chance to address the 3900 dealers that attended the event.
- Over 400 lights and over 1300 feet of truss
- 323 moving lights including High End System's Cyberlights, Studio Colors and Studio Spots; Martin MAC 2000s; and Vari*Lite VL6s
- Flying grid wall with 38 Vari*Lite VL5 Arc units to highlight entrance of vehicles
- ETC Source 4s with Wybron CXI color faders

- Developed a preliminary budget specification and a revised specification which met the technical requirements of the client
- Coordinated with headliner's lighting designer to determine equipment requirements
- Created detailed light plot, mounting details and paperwork
